LEAP Fund is operated by Leaders International, a non-profit registered in Belgium with its headquarters at Avenue Marnix 17, 1000 Brussels. Leaders International is the data controller for everything described here.

We collect two kinds of information. The first is what you send us: a contact form message, an expression of interest, or a grant application and its supporting documents. The second is ordinary web analytics — pages requested, approximate location and device type — which is aggregated and never used to identify a visitor.

Application material is shared with the assessors and advisors reviewing your file, and with the donor funding the window where the funding agreement requires it. It is never sold, and never used for marketing. Applications and their attachments are retained for seven years after the end of the funding agreement, because public funding is auditable for that long; contact-form messages are deleted after two years.

You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Write to leap@leadersinternational.org and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

This site sets no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. A single functional cookie remembers whether you are reading in English or Arabic.
