Donor partnerships
The contracts and reporting that turn public funding into published windows with published criteria.
Coordinating office
Brussels — headquarters, EU coordination and donor partnerships.
The programme
Brussels is where the fund is designed, contracted and accounted for. The headquarters holds the donor relationships, the compliance and reporting obligations that come with public money, and the European liaison work that opens buyer markets for grantees.
No grants are awarded to Belgian businesses. The office exists so that the three country programmes can spend their time on the businesses in front of them rather than on Brussels.
Priorities
Set by the country team, from what businesses here are actually blocked on.

Introductions, trade fairs and buyer matchmaking that put a grantee in front of a European customer.
One standard of due diligence, monitoring and evaluation applied across all three countries.
Funding
No window is open here right now
Windows are announced country by country. The requirements rarely change between rounds, so preparing now is not wasted work.
