The programme

What the fund does in Palestine

Leaders International has run programmes in Palestine since 2008, from an office in Ramallah. LEAP Fund works with businesses whose problem is rarely a lack of ideas and almost always a lack of working capital, equipment and a route to a buyer that does not close overnight.

Support concentrates on agri-food processing, light manufacturing and technology services — the sectors where a Palestinian business can add value locally and still sell beyond a checkpoint. Every grant is paired with business development: certification, financial management, and buyer matchmaking into regional and European markets.

Priorities

Where support is aimed

Set by the country team, from what businesses here are actually blocked on.

Agri-value chains

Olive oil, dates and processed foods — production capacity, food-safety certification and export paperwork.

Digital livelihoods

Technology services and remote work, where a business can earn beyond the local market without moving goods.

Manufacturing resilience

Light industry upgrading equipment and diversifying suppliers so a closure does not stop production.
