LEAP Fund launches with three country programmes
Leaders International consolidates two decades of MSME work into one facility with published windows, published criteria and a single application route.

LEAP Fund — the Leaders Enterprise Advancement and Prosperity Fund — opened in March with programmes in Palestine, Jordan and Tunisia, coordinated from the organisation’s Brussels headquarters.
The fund brings together grant capital of €2,500 to €75,000 with business development delivered by a standing network of sector advisors. Three tracks are open — founders, microbusinesses and growth-stage enterprises — and every window publishes its eligibility rules, its excluded costs and its decision timetable before it opens.
The change an applicant will notice is the routing. Where the organisation previously ran separate MSME components inside separate projects, there is now one place to look for what is open, one set of documents to prepare, and one answer about when a decision arrives.
