Digital Tourism Upgrade Grant

For tourism microbusinesses in Jordan and Tunisia digitising booking, marketing or the guest experience.

The window

What this call funds

Most small tourism businesses in the region lose bookings for the same reason: the traveller cannot find them, cannot book them, or cannot pay them. This window funds the fix — a booking system that works, a payment route that clears, listings that are actually visible, and the training to keep all three running once the grant ends.

Grants run from €5,000 to €25,000 and cover equipment, software, content production and the specialist support to put it in place. Every grantee is paired with a digital transformation advisor for six months after disbursement; that support is part of the award, not an extra.

Asked before

Questions from the last round

The questions applicants actually sent us, answered in the same words we sent back.

Can I apply if I already have a website?

Yes. A website is not the point — being findable, bookable and payable is. Tell us which of the three is failing and what you would change.

Do I need to co-finance?

A contribution of at least 10% of the project cost is expected, in cash or in clearly evidenced kind. It is not scored — it is a check that the plan is yours.

How many grants will be awarded?

Between 20 and 30 across the two countries, depending on the size of the requests received.

Can two businesses apply together?

A joint application is accepted where the businesses share the system being funded, for example a valley of guesthouses on one booking platform. One of them has to be the contracting party.

If this one isn't yours
