LEAP Fund

Backing the entrepreneurs building tomorrow’s economies

LEAP Fund is Leaders International’s regional facility for micro, small and medium enterprises — pairing grant funding with hands-on business development so MSMEs in Palestine, Jordan and Tunisia can grow, compete and create jobs.

Why the fund exists

Money on its own does not grow a business.

Every LEAP grant travels with the advisors, certification and buyers behind it — which is why we measure a grant by whether the business is still growing three years after it clears.

Who can apply

One ladder, three rungs

Support is sized to where a business already stands. Each rung has its own ceiling, its own evidence and its own call windows — you apply to the rung you are on, not the one above it.

  1. Entrepreneurs

    Idea proven, first customers landing

    • Pre-revenue to early revenue
    • A model that can scale beyond the founder
    • Registered, or registering during the grant
  2. Microbusinesses

    Trading, owner-operated, ready to formalise

    • 1–9 employees
    • At least one full year of trading
    • Books good enough to plan from
  3. Enterprises

    Established, scaling or exporting

    • 10–250 employees
    • Two or more years of operations
    • A market to enter, or a line to upgrade
